Hey there! I want you to absolutely LOVE everything you order from Arukah. However, I understand that might not always be the case with each item. Due to the size of my shop & our ever-changing inventory, I am only able to provide limited options if you wish to return an item.
- If you need to return an item, please send me an email at arukah.christian.boutique414@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving your order to request your return and receive approval. I will send you the address for returns via email.
- The shipping cost for returning your item will be at your own expense. Shipping is non-refundable.
- All eligible returns will receive store credit based on the cost of the item you're returning for you to use during your next purchase.
- Since our inventory is ever-changing, we do not accept direct exchanges. If you would like to purchase an item in a different size, we suggest initiating a return (details above) & re-purchasing your desired size if available.
- Please be mindful that all items you wish to return must be unused, in the original condition with all original tags. Thank you!
- Gift Cards & Final Sale items cannot be returned.
